Shivering Isles coming to retail version for the Xbox 360

Looks like the lush shivering isles is now jumping the bandwagon and is hopping to retail version and is also coming packed with the knights of the nine expansion pack. Looks like the Digtal download haters got the news they were looking for.

Straight to the Point: The Level Cap Is Rising!

Friday morning at 10 am PDT (1 pm EST) we’re going to be increasing
the Rank level cap to Level 16. This is going to allow you to rank up
and unlock more weapons, more perks, and more features; including Clan

F.E.A.R 2 officially named "Project Origin"

Yes the sequel to the Physiological thriller F.E.A.R is now named "Project Origin for licence purposes. No word on release date or any playable demo soon but keep checking back and see if I dig anything up.

Xbox live down for maintenance on Sept 10th.

Xbox live is getting maintenance on Spet 10th. The update will be fixing some of the lag issues and expanding the bandwidth of xbox live. Xbox live will be down for 4 hours.

Metroid Prime 3 : Corruption Review

Samus is back and is in her best state...ever.....corrupted. Yes the Nintendo Wii is now getting their new AAA Game and yes it is Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, and its better than ever.

Graphics: This is probably the best looking Wii game out there. From the variety of environments to the creative enemies design it is top notch. (No gears of war but still mind blowing) The weapons desvastation look real but cartoony aswell some times. Enough of both to keep you interested though. The character models look great and the animations look amazing.

Overall 10/10

Audio: Well they now have voice acting so the storyline feels a lot more alive. And when I say voice acting I don't mean people pulled off the street. They sound very serious and real. The music score is still great and the boss battles starting score is also very well put together.

Gameplay: The combat feel the best of the series, it feels more alive considering your right arm is the arm cannon and your left is the grappling.; Oh and that's another thing, not only is the grappling hook used to swing with but is also used to move previous immovable objects. You will now be able to access different options in the hunter ship like : Thrusters, Status, Liftoff, Total stats ect. There's a lot more to talk about but this is short review.

Replay Value: The game has a sort of achievement system that is in a manner of : 100 kills, 200 Kills, Beat ____, ect. You can unlock extra difficulties and that's about it. But the game is so fun you will just play it over and over again.

Closing comments: It would have to be the best Metroid prime and one of best Wii games. If you own a Wii and are looking for a great title, pick this up. Whether you like the Metroid brand or not.

Japan Pointing finger at blueray and saying no for Warhawk,

Last week, Warhawk for the PS3 was released in the US and Canada for digital download for $39.99 US$ and $42.99 CAN$.


However you could pay for the retail version for $60 but the catch is that you get a free Bluetooth headset with your purchase.

But now Japan blames Blu-Ray for high production value and says that they will only digitally download it. Oh well....it doesn't take that much space up so its not that big of a deal.

Marvel VS Capcom Possibly coming for digital download.

A interview with Gamasutra, MARVELS VP speaks about having 2D fighters close to his heart and hopes that he can do something to bring MARVEL VS Capcom to digital download, Along with other 2d fighters. Who knows, maybe next generation we wont of discs anymore? Just digitally downloaded.
